Scott couldn't have made me a happier buyer!! I moved from the US without knowledge about how the Australian property industry works. I was referred to him by a colleague who knew and trusted him for years. He took care of every part of the process, showing me off market homes, attending viewings when I couldn't, bringing me when I could, going over contracts and finding things about the building that aren't even in the contracts that could make it a bad buy, setting me up with a broker, conveyancer, mover, and when I do renovations, will refer me to his best people. He knows everything about Melbourne real estate. At my first auction I was outbid at, he said beforehand the exact number he thought the house was valued at, and that's exactly what it went for at auction. When I thought I wanted to live in a certain building, he went to every agent who has sold there to see if the owners would sell. When I thought I would have to compromise on location or size, he ended up finding me the most beautiful house in the exact location I wanted with everything I wanted. It was a long shot they would accept my offer as it was below what they were willing to consider, yet somehow Scott convinced them to take it, so I ended up with a home worth quite a lot more than I paid for! If you are looking into buying property, I couldn't recommend Scott more!
