My value to clients is underpinned by specialising in inner city suburbs - only circa 10% of the suburbs in Melbourne. An “all of Melbourne” buyers advocate model does not provide the depth of insights into property values, comparative value between suburbs, local insights etc. Nor does it provide the agent networks to access genuine off market properties.

Lateral Approaches to Get the Property You Really Want
For example: Can we do a “cosmetic renovation” so you can afford a house you otherwise could n’t? Are there areas of a neighbouring suburb/s that mirror the amenity & feel of the suburb/property you really want but can’t afford? Should we buy a smaller house in a better suburb that has the ability to be made into a significantly bigger family home longer term? Can the block be subdivided? Can we offer the vendor a solution that enables us to buy the property below market value e.g. sale & leaseback? Can we create a home office via a small external pre-fab dwelling etc, etc?

Buying well is a team sport. Since starting the business in 2018 I have very carefully curated a “best of breed” team around me inc. but not limited to. conveyancer, building inspector, mortgage broker, town planner, architects, draftsperson, builder & other trades etc - that are highly effective, provide value & are reliable. The only party that ever pays me is my client - I don’t accept financial inducements of any kind to refer my clients to a third party.
